To whom it may concern:

We are always looking for business partners who can take some of our worries
away, and Instrument Rental Labs is one of those.  When we discovered a minor
problem in a used instrument we purchased, owner Bill Hedrick visited us
personally and let us borrow the instrument without charge until it could be
returned for repair.  This gesture kept us going, helped us survive a schedule
crunch and made us loyal customers of Instrument Rental Labs.  Thank you, Bill,
